The Board

The SWGTREAD Board is comprised of forensic experts with a broad range of knowledge and experience in the area of footwear and tire impression evidence. The Board includes practitioners and researchers from both the government and private sectors. Refer to the by-laws for more details regarding the Board.

CHAIR

Lesley Hammer (Private Practice, Hammer Forensics) is the SWGTREAD Chair. As Chair, Lesley is the primary point of contact for SWGTREAD. She presides over meetings, promotes the mission of SWGTREAD, establishes committees and makes committee appointments, as necessary.
